My role in our company is to recruit potential candidates. I hear often that people in their current positions are lacking growth, or they lack learning and developing new skills or they feel like “just a number.”

Our President Matt teaches us how to get to know each and every person that walks through our door.

We begin by asking a few questions:

  • What do they want to learn? Or get good at?
  • Where is their commitment level to change?
  • What’s the best way they learn?
  • Do you know how to help them? If not – who do you know that can help them?
Thankfully, our team is largely diverse. Which means under our own roof I can find someone who can help anyone level up.
